Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all enjoying the Thunderstorm Summer. I have a busy August on tap starting this Friday at Club Passim. I'll be doing a guest spot with The Loomers for '80's Nite. If you've ever been to one of these theme nights before you know that they're a hoot. I won't give away which wonderful chestnut from that decade I'll be performing with the band, but I will say that it would probably make it's way into any time capsule from that era. These shows always sell out so advance purchase of tickets is suggested.

Other shows this month include a return to The Java Room on the 15th, as well as split bill shows with the Lori Diamond Trio at Tom's Gourmet Marketplace on the 23rd and the Harvest Cafe on the 30th. Check out Lori's music at
http://www.myspace.com/loridiamond she is a wonderful performer. Lyn will also be doing featured sets at these shows so these dates will be mini-festivals. Both Tom's and the Harvest Cafe serve up great food and beverages so come out and have dinner and enjoy the show.

One other piece of newsie news is that percussionist Phil Punch will start playing
shows with me this month. Phil brings a great set of beats to my music and enhances everything that we've worked on so far. The Java Room show will be Phil's debut and he'll be joining me for the majority of my shows going forward.

The fall is shaping up quite nicely with a number of different shows at new venues as well as some TV and Radio appearances.
